- Develop a working relationship between Harris County Government and local leaders that BENEFIT the Harris County communities
- Create programs within the sheriff’s office that will increase the efficiency of deputies on the street
- Establish programs that bring sheriff deputies and citizens together to make safer communities
- Decrease the cost of housing inmates in The Harris County Jail
- Evaluate resources within The Harris County Sheriff’s office to improve working conditions
- Reorganize personnel in The Sheriff’s office to maximize the number of deputies in the community
